We currently ship to Australia only.
Returns
We accept returns for defective products only. If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault under warranty, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to arrange a return.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.
Items must be returned by mail and include proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We accept product exchanges. If you need to exchange a product due to damage in transit or incorrect item received, please contact us to arrange a replacement.
